2.1、反馈，当您使用我们的产品中的反馈与建议功能时，我们会收集您的电子邮件地址、手机号码和反馈内容，以便联系及时处理您的反馈问题。我们不主动收集这些信息，也不对每个用户收集此类信息。

2.2、支持与售后，当您需要我们对产品作安装、使用等技术支持讲解咨询及售后处理时，我们需要记录您的必要联系方式，比如邮箱地址、电话等，以便联系及时处理您的需求或问题。

2.3、设备信息，在使用蓝牙芯片的产品中蓝牙芯片自带设备特征码即MAC地址 (以下简称MAC) APP会记录您使用的产品的蓝牙芯片MAC，存储在您自己手机中，作为区分识别不同的设备用。在使用WIFI的产品中，比如远程网关，APP同样会记录识别WIFI芯片的MAC，同样存储于您的手机中。

2.4、远程控制，在配置网关时，作为与颐畅智能关联的第三方服务器需要识别您的网关设备MAC，存储于服务器，仅用于区分识别设备使用。

2.5、在配置远程网关时，您需要输入您家里的WIFI密码以获得允许验证通过，这个密码我们不收集，也无法知道。在对设备设置您的密码时，您设置的密码存储于您的手机中，我们不收集也无法知道请你妥姜句答。

2.6、在APP中对设备设置头像时，头像的图形信息存储于您的手机中，我们不收集。请注意图形的合法性，使用不合法的图形会受到相应法律处理。

3.2、改善我们的服务，我们可能不定时的检查维护服务器及远程产品的运营情况，会检查您的设备MAC运营情况(我们没有MAC与用户的一一对应关系信息)。这类信息对于服务的实现及保障较为重要，您可能无法选择不接收。此类处理的法律依据是根据我们的使用条款履行我们与您的合同。

我们会在我们认为必要或适当的情况下处理您的个人信息:遵守适用的规律法规:遵守法律程序:响应公共机构和政府当局的要求:履行我们的条款和条件:保护我们的运营、业务、系统保护我们和/或包括您在内的其他用户的权利、隐私、安全或财产:以及寻求可用的补救措施或限制我们可能需要提供的损害赔偿。

2.3. Device Information: In products that use Bluetooth chips, the Bluetooth chip comes with a device feature code or MAC address (hereinafter referred to as MAC). The APP will record the MAC of the Bluetooth chip of the product you are using and store it in your own phone for distinguishing and identifying different devices. In products that use WIFI, such as remote gateways, the APP will also record the MAC that recognizes the WIFI chip and store it in your phone.

2.4. Remote control: When configuring the gateway, as a third-party server associated with Yichang Intelligence, it is necessary to recognize your gateway device MAC, store it on the server, and only use it to distinguish and recognize devices.

2.5. When configuring a remote gateway, you need to enter your home WIFI password to obtain permission for verification. We do not collect this password and cannot know it. When setting your password for the device, the password you set is stored on your phone and we do not collect it, so we cannot know. Please answer with confidence.

2.6. When setting up a avatar for a device in the app, the graphic information of the avatar is stored on your phone and we do not collect it. Please pay attention to the legality of the graphics. The use of illegal graphics will be subject to corresponding legal treatment.

2.7. When naming devices in the app, the named name information is stored on your phone and we do not collect it. Please pay attention to the legality of the text. The use of illegal text will be subject to corresponding legal treatment.

2.9. Usage Information: When you use the remote gateway, our server will automatically record the device connection status to distinguish different devices. 2.10 Location information, we will not collect your location information, but the Android system requires Bluetooth function to enable location information, and we do not collect any location information.

2.11. When using our Bluetooth products and features, the APP needs to turn on the Bluetooth switch of your phone to establish interaction with the product, and we do not collect any information.

3.1. We provide you with services: We only record your personal information when you need to contact us for consultation, after-sales and other services. The legal basis for providing the products and services you request or purchase is to fulfill our contract with you in accordance with our terms of use.
