II. How We Collect and Use Personal Information
We will collect and use your personal information based on the
principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, and necessity when you use our
products or services. The following are the types and scenarios of
personal information we collect and use:
1. To Achieve Core Functions (Breast Pump Connection, Control, Data
Recording, etc.)
When you use E-WAY Hands Free products (such as breast pumps and other
smart devices) and related services, to enable you to normally use core
functions such as device connection, function control, data recording,
and viewing, we will collect the following personal information:
• Device Information: Includes your breast pump device model, device
unique identifier (such as Bluetooth MAC address, IMEI code, etc.),
device connection status, firmware version, and other information. Used
for device pairing and connection with the mobile app, function control
command transmission, and device status identification.
• Operation Information: Information such as the mode you set during the
use of the breast pump (e.g., pumping mode, suction strength, duration,
etc.) and operation records. Used to record your usage habits, enable
function control and data statistical analysis, and provide you with
personalized services and basis for product optimization.
• Health Data (if applicable and authorized by you): If you use the
health data recording function of the breast pump (e.g., pumping volume,
pumping frequency, milk composition analysis data, etc., if such
functions exist), we will collect health data that you actively enter or
that is automatically recorded by the device. Used to provide you with
breastfeeding health management suggestions, data statistical analysis,
and other services.
The above information is necessary to achieve the core functions of the
E-WAY Hands Free product. If you do not provide relevant information,
you may not be able to use device connection, control, and core
functions normally, but this will not affect your use of other non-core
functions (if any).
2. To Improve Products and Services, and for Personalized
Recommendations
We may collect information such as your frequency of use, preference
settings, and historical operation records. By analyzing this
information, we provide you with the following services:

optimize product functions, operation interface, etc., and enhance your
user experience.
• Personalized Recommendations: Based on your usage behavior and
preferences, recommend functions, services, or content that better meet
your needs (e.g., breastfeeding knowledge, related product
recommendations, etc., if any). If you do not wish to receive
personalized recommendations, you can turn off this function in the
relevant settings (if available).
3. For Security Assurance and Troubleshooting
To ensure the security of your use of our products and services, and to
investigate and resolve system failures, we will collect the following
information:
• Log Information: Includes device operation logs, application logs,
network logs, etc., recording your operation behavior, error
information, network connection status, etc., during your use of the
product or service. Used to analyze system operation status, investigate
the cause of failures, and ensure stable service operation.
• Location Information (with your authorization and only when
necessary): In scenarios where you authorize and network positioning or
device location-related troubleshooting is required (e.g., when abnormal
device connection requires judging network environment location
factors), we may collect the approximate location information of your
device (such as location information based on network IP). This
information is only used for troubleshooting and security purposes. We
will promptly delete or anonymize it after completing the relevant
purposes.

products and services.
• Community Interaction (if any): If you participate in our community
